Happy Monday Folks!!!

Good news! Spring is here and real estate is getting busy. So, today let's talk about staging and getting your house presented in the best possible way to get that contract in under 30 days. Seller's please understand the importance of staging. Your potential new buyer has already searched the internet looking at pictures of your home before they ever contact a professional real estate agent. This means if your pictures are not high quality, your home is cluttered with too much decor, rooms appear too small due to furniture placement or maybe too many pieces, they may not even give your home a second chance to view. Remember, you have chosen to relocate for a reason and your home now should be visualized as "their" home which means we have to make some changes. LESS IS MORE! How I explain this to my clients is less personal, less decor, less furniture, less everything. It may not feel as homey or weird and not what you are used to, but I promise it works! Our goal is for your buyer to see each room by not focusing on "your" things and see themselves and "their" belongings in your pretty home.

Here is a great article about some simple ideas that make a huge impact when staging.

Trust me your real estate agent & home stager and let me help you!
